As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges or refund policy on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Additionally, items purchased on sale can only be returned or replace.
If you encounter an issue with fit, sizing, or if the product is damaged, you may exchange the product by emailing us with the relevant details and images (if applicable) within 2 days of receiving your order at hello@label-toha.com. You will need to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product is unused and that you retain the appropriate documentation before returning any items. After a careful review of the returned product by our quality team, we will make a decision regarding the exchange and arrange for the requested size to be delivered to you. Please note that the shipping of exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. If the size is not available, we will issue a refund in the form of online credit.
This return offer is only valid for products purchased at full price and does not apply to items bought during special promotions or sales.

All items undergo quality control checks for any faults before shipment. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
